  • Community Outreach Centers meet the needs of vulnerable community members with food pantries, information and referrals, application assistance, and a wide variety of services and programs.

    A few services include Back-to-School, Winter Gear, Thanksgiving Baskets, Christmas Bureau, and summer camp scholarships. For eligibility information, contact your local outreach center. Outreach contact information and hours can be found here.

  • The Senior Outreach Program meets the diverse needs of the aging population, 60 and over, by providing information about programs, benefits, and services that may be available to them.

    Some of the services offered by Senior Outreach include Health Insurance Information, Counseling, and Assistance, Silver Connections, and Rural Transportation.

  • Our Day Care Program can assist parents with finding safe and affordable daycare. We also help individuals become a licensed or registered day care provider.

  • The Energy Services Program reduces energy costs for income-eligible households by making their homes more energy efficient, at no cost to the household.

  • Energy Services is offered in both Clinton and Franklin Counties.

  • Head Start & Early Head Start is a comprehensive childhood education program that promotes the school readiness of children from birth to age five, while building relationships with families.

    HS & EHS programs are administered through the primary office at 54 Margaret Street in the City of Plattsburgh.

  • The Food Services Program works to improves community health by distributing recovered and farmed food to those in need. A Mobile Farmer’s Market brings nutritious food into the communities experiencing food insecurity.

  • Food Services provides food to Clinton, Franklin, and St. Lawrence counties. Operations are facilitated through our Malone office at 43 Valco Drive.
