Plattsburgh Card & Collectible Show

The Plattsburgh Card and Collectible Show is a bi-annual fundraiser that brings together hundreds of collectors, vendors, artists, cosplayers and enthusiasts from across a vast array of fandoms and hobbies.

Shows take place on the third Saturday of every May and October, and are family-friendly!

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT THE EVENT?

  • Collect & Trade: Over a hundred vendor tables filled with new and retro Pokémon cards, sports jerseys and memorabilia, gaming consoles, handcrafted art, collectibles for fans of Dungeons and Dragons, Harry Potter, Star Wars, MLB, NFL, and so much more. Whether you are looking to expand your collection, trade cards, or find a unique gift, there is something for everyone.

  • Special Guests: Meet and greet with renowned cosplayers who bring your favorite characters to life. Our most recent show featured appearances from the Montreal X-Men, WNY Deadpool, Shawn the Cosplayer, and Bill “The Crusher” Bigelow.

  • Cosplay Contest: Come showcasing your best cosplay outfits, and stop by the JCEO raffle table to enter to win a prize!

  • Coloring Contest: Children are invited to drop off coloring sheets at the JCEO table for the opportunity to win a prize.

  • Raffle and Prizes: All participating vendors donate a raffle item - there are some amazing prizes, with proceeds benefitting JCEO’s Backpack and Fostering Komfort programs.

WHAT IS THE FUNDRAISER FOR?

Proceeds from vendor table fees and the raffle directly benefit JCEO's Backpack and Fostering Komfort Programs. These initiatives provide essential support to local children in need, ensuring they have the resources for school and comfort in challenging times.

  • JCEO Backpack Program: Helps ensure that local children have access to nutritious food on weekends and during school breaks.

  • Fostering Komfort Program: Provides comfort items such as clothing, hygiene products, and personal care items to children in the foster care system.
